Patrick is the founder of STP and leads its activities in his dual role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. It was Patrick’s vision of building a world-class, client-centric, technology-driven solutions provider for asset managers’ back-office and middle-office challenges that led to his creation of STP and then recruiting the balance of the team. Patrick continues to play an extremely active role in the development of the firm’s proprietary technology geared toward generating solutions for our clients. Patrick’s background includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer for PRP Performa Ltd., as well as holding a diverse set of positions at Merrill Lynch (Technology Leadership Program), and J.P. Morgan Chase. Patrick graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Management Information Systems and Finance, and from Boston University (1st in class) with an M.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in IT Project Management. In addition, Patrick serves as a Board Member for the Innovative Technology Action Group (ITAG), an Advisory Board Member for Tech Impact, a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) soccer official and an Affiliate Member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute.
Keith joined STP in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Keith is responsible for the day to day running of the Investment Operations practice as well as strategic planning, team management and business development. Keith has over 15 years of Capital Markets experience. Prior to joining STP, Keith served as an AVP at Genpact, a publically held global consulting organization. While at Genpact, Keith launched an Asset Servicing solution targeting Buy Side asset management firms resulting in significant growth in the first three years. Keith’s prior roles include Head of Performance Measurement and Risk for iX Partners, a boutique consulting firm and several front and middle office roles at Ark Asset Management, a $30B multi-product institutional asset management firm in New York. Keith graduated from Beloit College with a double major in Economics and Political Science. He is a certified project manager and has deep experience in Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Dan is the EVP of Business Development & Relationship Management at STP Investment Services, responsible for building and managing client relationships. Dan has over 25 years of industry experience and throughout his career he has worked in many different client facing roles and operational management positions. In these roles, Dan oversaw and managed back office operations, investment accounting and client implementations. Dan was a founding member of iX Partners, at which he was instrumental building out their middle and back outsourcing office product suite. At STP, he is able to draw from his experience to help clients find greater reward in their operational requirements and ecosystem initiatives.
Chris is the Head of Software Development at STP. Chris builds and integrates web-based solutions supporting our accounting, trade operations, technology, reporting, and data management activities. He joined STP in early-2010 and has ten years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and also served in a variety of internships and assistantships -- as a Web Application Developer for Villanova University and as a Software Developer for both Unisys Corporation and Siemens Medical Solutions. Chris graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. (summa cum laude) and an M.S., both in Computer Science.
Saneesh, Senior Vice President of Systems and a Director of STP India, has been with STP since inception and possesses vast experience within the Capital Markets Industry. He specializes in Eagle Investment Systems, Markit EDM and other leading financial systems. He has excellent domain knowledge and has been the technical lead on multiple STP implementation projects. In his capacity as the Head of systems, Saneesh works very closely with all STP clients in understanding their requirements and architecting and developing solutions that maximize efficiencies on the STP platform. Saneesh also works very closely with business leaders at STP and leads a global team of financial system experts. Prior to joining STP, Saneesh worked as a consultant at Robeco Investment Systems and held key roles in the technology space for leading investment firms such as HSBC’s Halbis Capital Asset Management, Ark Asset Management, Trilogy Investments, & Northern Trust.
J.P is a VP at STP and the Head of Operations. JP leads our Operations team with expert level knowledge in trade capture, portfolio accounting, corporate action processing, performance measurement, account reconciliation, and client reporting. J.P has over 15 years of broad-based capital markets experience derived from senior roles in consulting organizations working with asset management firms. J.P is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of client satisfaction and approval. Prior to joining the firm, J.P worked at Headstrong, Genpact, iX Partners and Bank of New York. J.P graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics.
Murali is a founding director of STPIS India and leads activities in his role as VP of the India Software Development Unit. He also is a Board Member (Additional Director) in STPIS India Pvt. Ltd. Murali continues to play an extremely active role in the development of the firm’s proprietary technology geared toward generating solutions for clients. Murali’s background includes serving as the Associate VP for Aberdeen Asset Management, Neuberger Berman, as well as holding a diverse set of technology positions in various companies. Murali graduated from MEI polytechnic in Computer Science and has extensive knowledge in capital markets and technology. Additionally, Murali is certified in Markit EDM, a leader in capital markets data management.
Ravi joined STP in June 2014 as a Vice President and Head of Operations; he is one of the founding members of STP India and is a member of the Board of Directors. In this capacity, Ravi is responsible for the day-to-day India Investment Operations as well as involved in running the STP India office. Ravi has over 12 years of Capital Markets experience which includes Strategic Planning, Operations’ Management, Portfolio & Wealth Management, Data Management, Relationship Management & Team Management. Prior to joining STP, Ravi served as Senior Principal Consultant at Headstrong Capital Markets LLC, Ravi has a post-graduate degree from VIIM Pune and graduated in Commerce from JNVU University. He is a certified project manager and experienced in lean tools and techniques.
Rob Martin is a VP and Head of Plan Sponsor Services at STP Investment Services. Rob serves as the leader of our operations management team where he has built and enhanced the firm’s operational processes and led accounting conversion activities. He joined STP in early-2009 and has fifteen years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Rob served for more than eight years as a Fund Accounting Manager at PNC Global Investment Services, where he supervised a staff of 15 professionals and managed the delivery of accounting and administrative services for a group of clients with over $30 billion in assets under management. Rob graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Business Management.
Aaron joined STP in 2016 in the role of Senior Investment Performance Analyst. Aaron has 18+ years of experience in the investment industry, primarily in the areas of performance measurement, reporting, attribution, and systems. Aaron has been a CIPM certificate holder since 2007. Prior to joining STP, he served as a business systems analyst at DuPont Capital Management, where he led and coordinated various investment technology projects including a key role in DuPont’s implementation and subsequent upgrades of Eagle Investment Systems performance measurement and attribution product. Prior to DuPont, he served as an investment performance analyst at Brandywine Global Investment Management. Aaron graduated with a B.A in Economics from George Washington University and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
Wei Wei, CFA, has been with STP since December 2014. He has 18 years of extensive technologist experience in capital markets and technology industries. At STP, Wei is instrumental in building and expanding the firm’s world-class web-based financial technology platform. He is also an expert at creating and augmenting mid and back-office solutions based on Eagle STAR, PACE and Performance. Prior to joining STP, Wei was with Brandywine Global Investment Management for 7 years. He was the pivotal member of a technology team that supported the front, mid and back-offices of $60 billion in AUM for Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative Investment products. Wei is a CFA Charterholder and possesses broad and deep knowledge about quantitative finance topics, performance and risk analytics. Wei has an M.S. from Lehigh University as well as a B.S. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, both in interdisciplinary computer and manufacturing systems engineering.
Jeff as AVP - Systems has over 15 years of financial services experience, including senior roles in fund accounting and performance measurement. Prior to joining STP, Jeff served as a GPS Performance Consultant at Eagle Investment Systems LLC., where he played a key role in several large implementation projects. Jeff graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University and also earned his MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
Damon Wioskowski is a Senior Vice President of Operations at STP. Damon oversees the US operations team which is responsible for all aspects of portfolio accounting, fund administration, performance measurement and client reporting. Damon joined STP in mid-2015, bringing with him nearly twenty years of capital markets experience. Prior to joining STP, Damon managed the Reconciliations Group at DuPont Capital Management. Damon holds a B.S. in Business Management from Millersville University and an M.B.A from Villanova University.
Chris is the Head of Professional Services at STP. Chris has over 23 years of experience delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions to business clients in the capital and insurance markets. For the last 10 years, he served as the Head of US Front Office Systems and senior analyst/developer at Aberdeen Asset Management, where he led several mission critical system implementation and integration projects, including the migration of $100B in assets onto the Charles River Development and Markit EDM global platform. Prior to that, Chris spent 6 years as a vice president at Merrill Lynch, managing the Front Office Technology team where he integrated their fixed income desks onto the Charles River Trading and Compliance System with a supporting web-based reporting platform. Chris also served as a technical lead at Electronic Data Systems, supporting the Motors Insurance Corporation. Chris graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.S. (cum laude) in Computer Information Systems with minors in business and music.
Michelle joined STP in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer. Michelle brings with her 20+ years of finance and operations executive experience in closely-held organizations. In her role as CFO, Michelle assesses and evaluates the organization’s financial performance, manages the finance needs of both the domestic and India operation, creates and maintains budgets and forecasts and plays a key role in the strategic performance of the company. Prior to joining STP, Michelle worked as a consultant running an outsourced accounting service for two CPA firms and was the CFO/COO for a high-growth manufacturing company with domestic and foreign operations. Michelle possesses an MBA, a B.S. in Business Administration, as well as an A.S. in Accounting.
Disha Parikh, AVP - Head of Reconciliations, joined STP in 2016. Disha has 10+ years of capital markets experience, with a focus in back office operations, performance analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining STP, Disha worked at Accusource, LLC where she was directly responsible for daily reconciliations, corporate actions processing and performance updating and analysis. Prior to Accusource, Disha served as a Portfolio Manager at Placemark Investments in Dallas, TX, focusing on detailed quantitative analysis of accounts with a perspective on tracking error and efficient tax-management of accounts. Disha holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, TX and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Emily Strickland, VP – Operations. Emily has 15+ years of industry experience with a focus on back office operations, data management, systems conversions, client reporting, SSAE18 audits and outsourcing implementations. Prior to joining STP, Emily worked at SS&C Technologies- PORTIA where she managed the outsourced operations team. She was directly responsible for managing a team across multiple clients that processed all back office functions. Emily’s previous roles include portfolio administration and custody operations. Emily holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Jeanne joined STP in 2017 as a Senior Business Analyst. Jeanne has more than 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining STP, Jeanne worked at SEI as a Product Owner, where she helped organize development life cycles around client needs. Jeanne’s previous roles include equity trading and sales, settlements and custody operations. Jeanne holds a B.B.A from Roanoke College and an M.B.A in Finance from Villanova University.
Jason Bolc, AVP of Operations, joined STP in 2016. Jason’s responsibilities include the management of all day-to-day middle/back office onboarding and operational services. Jason’s unique blend of operational experience, project management, client service, and relationship management skills have allowed him to play an intricate role in an overall team approach in effectively onboarding and supporting one of STP’s largest clients. Prior to joining the STP family, Jason worked at SEI Investment Services, where he effectively managed the day-to-day relationships for 7 Registered Investment Managers totaling $26.7 billion AUM. Jason has nearly ten years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in client relationships, departmental workflows/ solutions, and total operations across all department applications. Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
Steve Arnold is AVP of Fund Accounting at STP Investment Services. Steve serves as the leader of STP’s fund accounting team where he has developed and enhanced the firm’s fund administration offering. Steve joined STP in 2014 and has seven years of industry experience. Prior to joining STP, Steve served in various accounting roles at BNY Mellon and SEI Investments where he managed the delivery of accounting and administrative services for an array of investment products including Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge funds. Steve graduated from Millersville University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Darrell Sooy, AVP of Financial Reporting, joined STP in 2017. Darrell’s responsibilities include the production and review of financial statements for the firm’s clients and assistance in the day-to-day operations of the fund accounting team. Prior to joining STP, Darrell started his career at Citco Fund Services preparing financial statements and coordinating annual audits for a variety of alternative investment fund structures. Most recently, Darrell worked at BlackRock and assisted in the development of the firm’s financial reporting review process for over 400 financial statements throughout the year. Darrell graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Jason DeLuca, AVP of Operations, manages the day-to-day middle/back office operational services for a select group of clients. Jason has also focused on security data automation and process improvements. Jason has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining STP, Jason worked at Genpact, Headstrong, iX Partners, and Alliance Berstein. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance from Siena College.
Jessica Cruz, VP of Project Management, has 15+ years of project management experience. She is a creative problem solver who effectively manages risk to ensure a successful and timely project implementation and positive experience for the client. Jessica has a strong knowledge of financial products, hands-on operational experience, and ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas levels of an organization in addition to providing vendor oversight. Prior to joining STP, Jessica worked at Genpact, Citi and BNY Mellon in their Wealth and SMA servicing divisions.
