As the CEO of STP Investment Services, Dan Houlihan is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of STP’s product, sales, and technology departments to ensure the highest-quality client service standards and ongoing platform capabilities are executed in line with the company’s overall strategic vision.

Dan draws on his over 15 years of experience in leadership positions at Northern Trust, including most recently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Servicing for the Americas, to bring a strategic client management and operational focus to his role at STP.

While at Northern Trust, Dan led a team of over 3,000 employees supporting all client segments, including asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, private capital funds and insurance companies, and was responsible for middle-office outsourcing, fund accounting and administration, and custody and related services. He also served as the Global Product Executive for all front- and middle-office capabilities.

Prior to his tenure at Northern Trust, Dan was a founding partner and President of Citisoft, a leading advisory consultant to global financial services and technology firms.

Dan also served as Chairman of NICSA, sits on multiple non-profit boards, and is a frequent speaker and author on complex industry topics dealing with operations and technology.

Head of Product and Technology

Daniel Ceneviva serves as STP’s Head of Product and Client Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for defining and driving the strategic product vision and roadmap across STP’s business lines. Daniel uses a client-centric, consultative approach to understanding the underlying needs of STP’s audience, translating abstract problems into the software products that solve for them.

Daniel brings extensive experience developing clear product strategy for the investment and wealth management industries to the STP team. Prior to his role at STP, Daniel served as the Director of Solutions Strategy and Development at SEI, where he executed numerous strategic design and development programs to launch innovative products and solutions, as well as built multiple cross-functional teams to create a streamlined product, development, implementation and consulting process.

Daniel is a graduate of Villanova University. He lives in Collegeville, PA with his family.

As Chief Revenue Officer of STP Investment Services, Emmy Bernard is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Go-To-Market strategy. Emmy draws from over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the financial services industry.

As Partner and Head of Marketing at ACA Group Emmy oversaw lead generation and product marketing strategies for the firm. As Head of Client Development at Foreside Financial Group, Emmy led the firm’s commercial team across sales, marketing, and relationship management verticals. Prior to her tenure at ACA-Foreside, Emmy spent nearly a decade in the hedge fund industry in marketing and investor relations roles at two alternative asset managers in New York City and Greenwich, CT.

Emmy is a Board Member of 240 Strings, a non-profit that provides free private classical music education to students unable to afford instruction. She also sits on the investment committees of the Portland Museum of Art and the Mitchell Foundation.

She received her B.A. from Trinity College and her M.Sc. from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Emmy resides in South Freeport, Maine with her husband Cédric, and twin daughters Madeleine and Lucie.

Tony joins STP as General Counsel and brings nearly 30 years of legal and operational experience to the role. He was most recently General Counsel at Houwzer, a venture-backed real estate and financial services provider based in Philadelphia. His prior legal roles included serving as chief of staff for two members of Pennsylvania’s General Assembly, as well as more than a decade as a commercial litigator in private practice. Along the way he was also COO for a regional commercial real estate firm, and served on the boards of directors of several governmental and non-profit entities. Tony is a graduate of Temple University and resides in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.

Yvonne Guardado joined STP in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. In this strategic and hands-on role, Yvonne manages the full-cycle Human Resources function including recruiting top talent, executing our human capital initiatives, providing internal customer support and driving functional excellence and process improvement.

Yvonne is certified as both a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP and has over 16 years of Human Resources experience. She has worked for a variety of organizations and industries including: Bausch & Lomb, Wegmans Food Markets, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Yvonne graduated from St. John Fisher College with a B.A in International Studies and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. She is happily married to her husband Pablo and has two school-aged girls. With family all over the world, she enjoys traveling internationally. Yvonne stays active with her young children between gymnastics, soccer, girl scouts, and more. When she’s not running around with her girls- you can find Yvonne enjoying many of the area’s walking trails, dreaming up a new interior design project in her home, or trying a new recipe.

Frank Farnesi is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and innovation across leading financial institutions, including State Street Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and SEI Investments. Since 2019, Frank has served as Senior Vice President of Operations at STP Investments, where he oversees key initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align data and technology strategies with client goals.

Prior to STP, Frank led the Global Enterprise Business Solutions team at State Street, where he was responsible for data delivery and management, operational controls, and control product management. His leadership in integrating business knowledge with advanced technology solutions consistently delivered measurable results and positioned his teams to meet both current and future client needs effectively.

Frank’s strong educational foundation complements his professional expertise. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College, a BSED from West Chester University, and a Project Management certification from Pennsylvania State University.

With a proven track record of transforming operations and delivering client-focused solutions, Frank is committed to driving sustainable growth and innovation in the investment operations landscape.

As the Head of Technology, Jim Lewis is responsible for the overall technology strategy, development, and infrastructure at STP. His primary focus is on building out a best of breed, industry leading technology platform to facilitate data management and reporting to help our clients manage their business, grow their sales, and retain revenue, while optimizing processes, analyzing trends, and improving productivity.

Prior to joining STP, Jim spent 14 years building the outsourcing platform for investment managers at SEI and similar tool sets for the retirement space at PCS. In these roles, he oversaw the design, build and maintenance of the IMS data management and reporting platform, acted as technical sales, and ran an innovation team focusing on leveraging new technologies to make our clients more efficient and effective in the day to day lives.

Jim holds a B.S. in Business Management from the Lycoming College, and an MBA from Villanova University.

Jitender joined STP in 2021 from State Street to run STP’s India Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in the fund industry working across different streams. He brings proven experience in setting up operations from scratch and transforming and optimizing operations for efficiency. He is a functional expert in different products across the financial industry and tools like Eagle PACE, Eagle Performance, SRM, STAR implementations, Advent Geneva, TLM, MCH, Confluence Unity, and Expense Manager. Before STP, he had roles at State Street, Citigroup, and Fidelity.

Jitender holds a CFA and  Master’s degree in Financial Analysis.

Saneesh Surendran is Senior Vice President of Systems and a Director of STP India, and has been with STP since inception. He has vast experience within the capital markets industry, and specializes in Eagle Investment Systems, Markit EDM and other leading financial systems. Saneesh has excellent domain knowledge and has been the technical lead on multiple STP implementation projects. In his capacity as the Head of Systems, he partners with all STP clients in understanding their requirements and architecting solutions that maximize efficiencies on the STP platform. Saneesh also works with STP’s business leaders and leads a global team of financial systems experts. He has significant experience in integrating leading vendors in the investment management industry like Bloomberg, ICE, FactSet, CRD, Longview etc.  Prior to joining STP, Saneesh worked as a consultant at Robeco Investment Systems and held key roles in the technology space for leading investment firms including HSBC’s Halbis Capital Asset Management, Ark Asset Management, Trilogy Investments, and Northern Trust.

Saneesh has completed his Bachelor’s in Telecommunications Engineering from the Mumbai University. He enjoys all sports and follows Cricket and Soccer closely. Outside of work, Saneesh, his wife, and son love to travel across the globe.

Jessica Cruz, SVP of Project Management, has more than 15 years of project management experience. She is a creative problem solver who effectively manages risk to ensure a successful and timely project implementation and positive experience for the client. Jessica has a strong knowledge of financial products, hands-on operational experience, and ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas levels of an organization in addition to providing vendor oversight. Prior to joining STP, Jessica worked at Genpact, Citi and BNY Mellon in their Wealth and SMA servicing divisions.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oneonta. She enjoys living in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband and two kids. Away from the office, besides being a sports chauffer, Jessica loves to read and has a monthly book club with friends.

Steve Arnold is VP of Fund Accounting at STP Investment Services. He serves as the leader of STP’s fund accounting team where he has developed and enhanced the firm’s fund administration offering. Steve joined STP in 2014 and has ten years of industry experience. Prior to joining STP, he served in various accounting roles at BNY Mellon and SEI Investments where he managed the delivery of accounting and administrative services for an array of investment products including Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge funds. Steve graduated from Millersville University with a B.S. in Accounting.

As the Head of Revenue Operations, Rachel Pham is responsible for building out sales operations, sales enablement, data and analytics, and digital marketing. Her primary focus is on launching programs to help grow sales and retain revenue, while optimizing processes, analyzing trends, and improving productivity.

Prior to joining STP, Rachel served as the Director of Commercial Operations for ACA Global and Foreside Financial Group. In this role, she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the entire sales process, sales and marketing resources, sales data and insights, and lead generation efforts, which resulted in excess of $130 million in new sales. Prior to Foreside, Rachel spent 8 years at Raymond James Financial in Mutual Fund and ETF Research.

Rachel is a Board Member of Westbrook Santa Cause, a non-profit that provides toys and monetary donations to children in the community during the holidays.

Rachel holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from Saint Leo University. She currently holds her Series 6 and 63 licenses. Rachel resides in Portland, Maine with her husband Nick, and two children, Phillip and Evelyn.

Lori is a seasoned compliance professional with a dynamic career spanning over fifteen years in the financial services industry. She was most recently employed by ACA, where she played a pivotal role in developing innovative compliance programs tailored to meet the needs of investment advisers. Prior to ACA, Lori was Managing Director at Foreside, where she served as Managing Director and Compliance Consultant to more than 80 registered investment advisers. Lori began her compliance journey at Lincoln Financial, where she supported independent registered investment advisers, laying a strong foundation in their compliance practices.

Through numerous mergers and acquisitions, Lori’s approach to providing personalized services coupled with a keen ability to see a client’s business through the owner’s lens helped position her firm’s compliance programs as industry-leading, innovative solutions for all types of investment advisers.

Kaisha Schnoll is the AVP of trade settlements and T3 at STP Investment Services. Kaisha oversees STP’s trade settlement process, which she developed and integrated into the firm’s offering. She joined STP in 2019 and has over nine years of industry experience in various investment operations roles. Prior to joining STP, Kaisha performed several roles at Barclays, SEI Investments, and Aviva Investors which have helped her attain a holistic view of the global trading process, back-office operations, and investment management.

Kaisha graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Emily Strickland is Head of Client Service with STP. She has more than 17 years of industry experience with a focus on back office operations, data management, systems conversions, client reporting, SSAE18 Audits and outsourcing implementations.  Prior to joining STP, Emily worked at SS&C where she managed the outsourced operations team.  She was directly responsible for managing a team across multiple clients that processed all back office functions.  Emily’s pervious roles include portfolio administration and custody operations.

Emily holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

David Likens is Head of Shared Services at STP Investments with more than six years of experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Business Solutions services, which involves critical knowledge of operations as well as technology and data sciences.  Prior to joining STP, David was an Operations Supervisor at SEI Investments.  In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a team of reconciliation analysts and was the primary contact for client reconciliation inquiries. David also served as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves as a Non-Commissioned Officer from 2010 – 2016.

David graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration –  Management from  the University of Kutztown, Pennsylvania and holds the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Neetu Verma is VP of Product Quality & Agile Practices and has more than 15 years of experience in software testing and has a strong passion for quality. She joined STP in September 2019 and since then she has been instrumental in improving existing, and implementing new, testing strategies and solutions. Neetu is a problem solver and truly believes that everything can be tested, we just need to get creative.

Prior to joining STP, Neetu worked at Trion Group, Capital One, Siemens, Medecision, Inc. in different roles.

Neetu originally is from Delhi, India. She earned a bachelor’s in computers from IGNOU, India.

Jordan is the Operations Product Manager at STP Investment Services. He is responsible for the quality and delivery of our Operations Delivery Development Team. This team coordinates with Implementations, Operations, and Production Support to meet the company’s goals and vision. He joined STP in 2013 as a Software Engineer and was instrumental in designing and developing the core products which STP has been built around. Jordan graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Information, Science and Technology with a focus on Business Management
