Leadership Team Visits STP India
At STP, our global culture is a big part of our identity, core values, and the way we serve our clients.
Last month, our leadership team had the opportunity to visit STP India for the first time in three years to connect in person, get to know each other, and celebrate the growth of our team across the globe.
We held an employee engagement event at the Marriott, Whitefield hotel, which included cocktail dinner, dancing and family participation. During the award ceremony, Burhan Yaseen, Senior Network Engineer was presented with the Core Values award, honoring his dedication to embracing our core values every single day:

We also had various awards presented during the event, such as Long Service Awards, where 24 awards were given out to tenured employees, which was a nice gesture. There were several awards given to recognize employee’s efforts, such as Rising Star, Star of the Month for team members, Team leads and Manager for both Investment Operations and Technology Verticals. The final awards were the yearly awards, ‘Team of the Year’ and ‘Employee of the year’. The winners from Investment Operation were TSQ Team and Ravi Shankar, and the Quality Assurance team and Ekta Tanwar from Technology.
During the trip, STP also spent time at a local public school, Nallurahali-Whitefield. As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, we donated notebooks, pens and pencils, and other stationary items to the school’s 300+ students, as well as speakers and microphones for their learning and development programs.
From the United States to India, STP is rooted in a culture that focuses on employee growth, professional development and a team-based, collaborative environment.
