Jordan DomskyOperations Product Manager
Jordan is the Operations Product Manager at STP Investment Services. He is responsible for the quality and delivery of our Operations Delivery Development Team. This team coordinates with Implementations, Operations, and Production Support to meet the company’s goals and vision. He joined STP in 2013 as a Software Engineer and was instrumental in designing and developing the core products which STP has been built around. Jordan graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Information, Science and Technology with a focus on Business Management. He has been an active tennis player since college and is captain of a Philadelphia-based USTA team with fellow Penn State Alumni. Jordan also proudly holds the title of Table Tennis Champion at STP and has yet to be defeated.
Jason GambaleAVP, Fund Services - Portfolio Accounting
Jason Gambale, AVP – Fund Services – Portfolio Accounting, manages the daily and monthly NAV delivery for all of STP’s fund administration clients. He specializes in the portfolio accounting facet of the overall NAV workflow and acts as the main liaison between the Fund Service’s U.S. onshore and India offshore teams.
Jason has been with STP since 2015 and has nearly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining STP, he worked at BNY Mellon in both NAV operations and fund conversion. He helped BNY migrate funds off of their legacy accounting platform and onto Eagle Investment Systems.
Jason graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Accounting. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his wife and three boys, go to the New Jersey Shore, and play/watch any and all sports.
Yvonne GuardadoHuman Resources Manager
Yvonne Guardado joined STP in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. In this strategic and hands-on role, Yvonne manages the full-cycle Human Resources function including recruiting top talent, executing our human capital initiatives, providing internal customer support and driving functional excellence and process improvement.
Yvonne is certified as both a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP and has over 16 years of Human Resources experience. She has worked for a variety of organizations and industries including: Bausch & Lomb, Wegmans Food Markets, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Yvonne graduated from St. John Fisher College with a B.A in International Studies and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. She is happily married to her husband Pablo and has two school-aged girls. With family all over the world, she enjoys traveling internationally. Yvonne stays active with her young children between gymnastics, soccer, girl scouts, and more. When she’s not running around with her girls- you can find Yvonne enjoying many of the area’s walking trails, dreaming up a new interior design project in her home, or trying a new recipe.
Pavan KumarHuman Resources Manager
H Pavan Kumar Joined STP in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. He is a strategic and innovative HR professional who translates business vision into initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Pavan is an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. He is a genuine influencer who thrives on tough challenges and translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.
Pavan is a member of SHRM and has more than 14 years of human resources experience. He completed a master’s degree in Marketing. Pavan has experience in different organizations in IT and ITES industries like Honeywell, Brickwork Ratings, and Airtel giving him the unique expertise and wisdom required to handle the entire gamut of HR functions. Pavan has a passion for gardening along with playing outdoor games, in particular cricket and football. He’s a seasoned cricket player who has played for his university during college days.
David LikensAVP, Operations
David Likens is an Assistant Vice President of Operations at STP Investments with more than six years of experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Business Solutions services, which involves critical knowledge of operations as well as technology and data sciences. Prior to joining STP, David was an Operations Supervisor at SEI Investments. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a team of reconciliation analysts and was the primary contact for client reconciliation inquiries. David also served as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves as a Non-Commissioned Officer from 2010 – 2016.
David graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration – Management from the University of Kutztown, Pennsylvania and holds the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute. Outside of work, David enjoys long distance running and has completed the Air Force Marathon twice. He also enjoys to travel and spend time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
Kaisha LourensAVP, Trade Settlements & T3
Kaisha Lourens is AVP of Trade Settlements and T3 at STP Investment Services. She is responsible for STP’s trade settlements process and she has built and implemented the firm’s trade settlements offering. Kaisha joined STP in 2019 and has five years of industry experience in various investment operations roles. Prior to joining STP, Kaisha has performed several roles at Barclays, SEI Investments, and Aviva Investors which have helped her attain a comprehensive view of the global trading process, as well as back office operations.
Kaisha graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science. An Iowan turned Pennsylvanian, Kaisha has a Bridesmaids quote for any situation. After a day of work, you can either find Kaisha dancing and singing, or lying in bed while bingeing a TV series, shopping online, texting her mom, eating junk food, and cuddling her dog, Tuesday.
Rob MartinVP of Operations, Head of Plan Sponsor Services
Rob Martin is VP and Head of Plan Sponsor Services at STP Investment Services. Rob serves as the leader of our operations management team where he has built and enhanced the firm’s operational processes and led accounting conversion activities. He joined STP in 2009 and has twenty years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Rob served for more than eight years as a Fund Accounting Manager at PNC Global Investment Services, where he supervised a staff of 15 professionals and managed the delivery of fund accounting and administrative services for a group of clients with over $60 billion in assets under management.
Rob graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Business Management. He is an avid reader and a hobbyist musician with a focus on guitar, drums, vocals and recordings. Rob enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and backpacking. A Philadelphia sports fan, Rob likes to watch football and basketball. He spends his free time with family, and also loves traveling to new places.
Jitendra MathurSenior Manager, Operations
Jitendra Mathur, Sr. Manager – Operations, joined STP in May 2018. He is responsible for day to day operations including reconciliation, management reporting and controls. Jitendra has more than 12 years of capital markets experience including reconciliation, portfolio accounting, middle office, and regression testing. Prior to STP, he served as a manager at Citigroup. Jitendra is a commerce graduate and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He is Six Sigma training certified. Jitendra is an outgoing person and like socializing and hanging out with friends and family. He loves travelling, exploring new places, and tracking.
MaryBeth McLallenAVP, Operations
MaryBeth McLallen joined the STP as Assistant Vice President of Operations upon the acquisition of AlphaOne Capital Partners and corresponding launch of STP Investment Partners in 2019. She has more than 20 years of operations experience supporting the day to day operations for hedge funds, mutual funds, and institutional and retail separately-managed accounts. MaryBeth is responsible for the operational risk processes supporting trading, client relations, compliance, audits/tax preparation and investment teams. Prior to joining AlphaOne, she was responsible for client service, portfolio reporting, and various administrative functions at Redstone Investment Management and Morgan Stanley.
MaryBeth graduated from Cabrini University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems. Outside of work, MaryBeth, her husband and their two boys are avid Philadelphia basketball, hockey and football fans. She enjoys crafting, watching the boys play sports, and spending qualify time with the family.
Shannon MerrillAVP, Operations
Shannon Merrill is an AVP, Operations at STP and manages the middle and back office operational services for a select group of clients. She joined STP in 2014 and has held several positions during her time with STP.
Shannon graduated from West Chester University with a BS in Financial Mathematics and a minor in Finance. Outside of work, Shannon teaches the color guard and marching band at West Chester University and Radnor High School. In her free time, Shannon enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog Bandit, and spending time with her family.
Disha ParikhAVP, Head of Reconciliations
Disha Parikh, AVP – Head of Reconciliations, joined STP in 2016. Disha has 10+ years of capital markets experience, with a focus in back office operations, performance analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining STP, Disha worked at Accusource, LLC where she was directly responsible for daily reconciliations, corporate actions processing and performance updating and analysis. Prior to Accusource, Disha served as a Portfolio Manager at Placemark Investments in Dallas, TX, focusing on detailed quantitative analysis of accounts with a perspective on tracking error and efficient tax-management of accounts.
Disha holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, TX and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Disha enjoys writing and reading. She lives in beautiful Chester County with her husband, 11-year old son and a soon to be college-bound daughter.
Aniruddha PurohitAssociate Project Manager
Aniruddha Purohit, Associate Project Manager, joined STP India in 2016. He has 10 years of software industry experience and has been actively involved with firm’s propriety software solutions. In his capacity, he works across the team within STP India in developing and maintaining knowledge of all team members’ work responsibilities, and manages all communications with program stakeholders and delivers solutions on the STP platform. He has expertise in various server and client-side web-based technologies across education, logistics, and finance domains. Prior to joining STP, he worked as Software Engineer in DreamOrbit Softech Pvt Ltd.
Aniruddha graduated from VT University Belgaum with Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications, and is a certified .Net Developer. Aniruddha enjoys a good Netflix binge, and can also be found on long bike rides on hilly country roads. A seasoned hockey player who has played for his state during his college days, he now enjoys cooking and loves to brag about his culinary skills on Instagram.
Nino SaniManager, Operations
Nino Sani is a Manager, Operations with STP Investment Services, having joined following the STP’s acquisition of Accusource. Before STP, Nino was Manager with Accusource, and has 20 years of back office operations experience. At Accusource, he progressed through different roles including Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and Manager, and worked with investment firms to streamline reconciliation processes, client reporting, and performance measurement. In his capacity as a Manager, Operations, Nino also trains/develops incoming Operations Analysts, builds and enhances client relationships, onboards new clients, and guides the company and its clients in overcoming challenges of varying complexity. Prior to Accusource, Nino worked at Advent Software and with Credit Suisse in the firm’s USA Private Banking group.
Nino is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and has a Master’s degree from University College London. He lives in New York and spends his free time travelling, hiking/trekking, swimming, reading, and cooking.
Sujit ShettyVP, Operations
Sujit is a Vice President of Operations at STP India. He oversees the India operations team which is responsible for all aspects of Portfolio Accounting, Fund Administration, New Business Transition, Management Reporting, Recruitment, Global Audit and Controls, and India Office Administration. Sujit has 19 years of experience which includes Domestic Banking- Retail / Corporate Banking and 16 years of core experience in the Capital Market domain. Prior to joining STP, he served as a Principal Consultant at Headstrong Genpact Capital Market. Sujit holds a graduate degree from Mumbai University. Sujit was married in 2012 to Pratika and together they have a 5 1/2 years old daughter Samaira. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their daughter in her outdoor games and social activities. Sujit also enjoys watching political news, reading mythology books, travelling, and having an uncanny knowledge of historical stories.
Darrell SooyAVP, Financial Reporting
Darrell Sooy is AVP of Financial Reporting, having joined STP in 2017. He coordinates the financial statement production and annual audit process for the firm’s clients and assists in the day-to-day operations of the fund accounting team. Additionally, Darrell oversees the internal audit process for STP to ensure the firms controls are in compliance with the guidance contained in SSAE 18. Prior to joining STP, Darrell started his career at Citco Fund Services preparing financial statements and coordinating annual audits for a variety of alternative investment fund structures. Most recently, Darrell worked at BlackRock and assisted in the development of the firm’s financial reporting review process for over 400 financial statements throughout the year.
Darrell graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Accounting. Outside of work, Darrell enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, and playing guitar.
Missy StalnakerPMO, Business Integration
Missy Stalnaker is a Business Integration Manager with STP Investment Services. She joined STP following the firm’s acquisition of Accusource. Following the acquisition, she provides support as a PMO Business Integration subject matter expert for STP’s Advent line of business. Prior to STP, Missy spent nine years with Accusource working on GIPS Performance, client onboarding, and operational services. Before Accusource, she was the Director of Investment Operations at a Trust Company in Lancaster, PA where she focused on accounting for client portfolios, client reporting, performance measurement, and investment systems. Missy has extensive experience providing outsourced investment operations services to multiple clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Missy is a graduate of ICM School of Business, holding an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Missy currently resides in Virginia, where she is involved with her church and various civic activities, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Ryan ThemigAVP, Systems
Ryan Themig is Assistant Vice President of Systems at STP Investment Services, having joined in 2019. He serves as the go-to person for Eagle performance, data management and best practices, architecting performance solutions for client implementations, and a production support and workflow efficiencies expert. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including Performance Measurement, implementations consulting, business analysis & improvement, project management, and IT support. Prior to joining STP, Ryan was responsible for leading performance and data management implementations at Eagle Investment Systems, managed a performance measurement team at State Street’s Investment Manager Services division, and served in various performance and accounting roles at BNY Mellon.
Ryan graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his wife, two children and dog exploring Colorado’s trails, ski areas, and National Parks. Ryan is an avid cyclist (road, mountain bike, cyclocross) and is targeting to compete in the Leadville 100 mountain bike race among other races.
Bharathram VenkatesanAssociate Project Manager
Bharathram Venkatesan, has been with STP since April 2015 and has more than eight years of experience in the capital markets industry in techno-functional roles. At STP, Bharath leads the India Team of financial system experts specializing in Eagle suite of products. Bharath possesses extensive hands-on skills on all the Eagle modules and is instrumental in the delivery of all the Eagle implementation tasks out of India. Prior to joining STP, Bharathram was with Cognizant for five years working on the Eagle Implementations for one of the biggest Investment banks in the US.
Bharath has an M.S in Software Engineering from BITS-Pilani and a B.E from Anna University. He has a five year old daughter and he’s excited about teaching her Yoga in the mornings. Bharath is passionate about organic food.
Neetu VermaHead of QA
Neetu Verma is head of STP’s Quality Assurance Team and has more than 15 years of experience in software testing and has a strong passion for quality. She joined STP in September 2019 and since then she has been instrumental in improving existing, and implementing new, testing strategies and solutions. Neetu is a problem solver and truly believes that everything can be tested, we just need to get creative.
Prior to joining STP, Neetu worked at Trion Group, Capital One, Siemens, Medecision, Inc. in different roles.
Neetu originally is from Delhi, India. She earned a bachelor’s in computers from IGNOU, India. Outside of work, Neetu enjoys cooking different cuisines and her favorite is Delhi-style Indian food. She lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two teenage kids. Neetu believes in giving back to community and has participated multiple times in the Susan G. Komen, 60-mile walk, and has a strong passion to raise awareness for Breast cancer.
Wei WeiSenior Software Architect
Wei Wei, CFA, is a Senior Software Architect, and has been with STP since 2014. He has 18 years of extensive technologist experience in capital markets and technology industries. At STP, Wei is instrumental in building and expanding the firm’s world-class web-based financial technology platform. He is the creator of numerous innovative Fintech products that gives the firm a competitive edge. He is also an expert at creating and augmenting mid and back-office solutions based on Eagle STAR, PACE and Performance. Prior to joining STP, Wei was with Brandywine Global Investment Management for 7 years. He was the pivotal member of a technology team that supported the front, mid and back-offices of $60 billion in AUM for Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative Investment products. Wei is a CFA Charterholder and possesses broad and deep knowledge about quantitative finance topics, performance, and risk analytics. Wei has an M.S. from Lehigh University as well as a B.S. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, both in interdisciplinary computer and manufacturing systems engineering.
Wei lives in North Wales, PA with his wife and two sons. Outside of work he enjoys listening to classical and pop music and playing piano. He also actively participates in various activities that challenge and promote the growth of young minds at the extreme ends of intellectual spectrum. Over the years he has worked with various agencies and professionals to help the society better understand the minds of the two outlier groups of children – the profoundly gifted and the moderately Autistic. He hopes to help shape a world where people of vastly different intellectual abilities and perspectives respect and help each other and live in peace and harmony.
