STP’s mission is to provide solutions tailored to each client, accessing an impressive array of middle and back office services delivered by the highest caliber people and technology.
Our History
When STP was founded in 2008, we had one client, five team members, and $2B in Assets Under Administration (AUA).
Today, we have more than 180 team members worldwide and approximately $165B AUA.
While many things have changed, one has stood the test of time: our unwavering commitment to provide our client partners with Service, Transparency, and Partnership.
Like a fine wine, we’ve improved with age. And adapting to evolving industry standards or changing client demands is how we’ve grown and expanded our solutions.

STP's Award-Winning Culture
Many firms talk a good game when it comes to culture. We live it.
Having a fantastic culture goes far beyond our collaborative nature in doing our work. It’s about giving back to our local community, celebrating our differences, and coming together for the common good.
STP’s team members participate in various events, from doing a backpack drive for underprivileged kids in our area, to our annual produce sorting at a local church to benefit the less fortunate.
We’ve also gathered to clean up our local park on Earth Day and run an Alex’s Lemonade stand.
